Jess is so welcoming and friendly! I’ve been hesitant to have more piercings because of some bad experiences in the past but this was completely different ! Definitely will be back for more soon! Thank you!! :)

Had my septum pierced by jess recently and I couldn't be happier! Such a great piercer and wonderful human ❤️ she ordered some beautiful jewellery in for me and fitted it today and the experience was just as good as the piercing! Will 100% be returning :)
Update: I have indeed returned for more piercings and am so SO happy with them! I also had an issue with a piece of jewelery I had ordered and Jess was went above and beyond to contact the company and sort it out for me. She is so kind and friendly and fantastic at her job. I can't recommend her enough, and can't wait for more piercings from her 🥰

Honestly blown away from the level of professionalism and care that we received today with Jess. My daughter had her second lobes pierced along with my wife who had lobes and helix.
My daughter was nervous, and Jess couldn’t have been more calming, caring and supportive.
She talked through every step, answering all of the questions my daughter was throwing at her!

I am blown away how far piercing has come! Everything was ultra sterilised, with high tech machines!!!

Simply exceptional experience! Beautifully clean studio and Jess took all the time necessary to fully explain how she was going to pierce my ear lobes given I had this done twice before elsewhere and the piercings had healed completely over time. Cleanliness during the whole experience was also 100%.

I have absolutely no qualms about recommending Jess to anyone who wants a calm, gentle but totally professional piercing experience. Her aftercare advice is fantastic and I really appreciated being given written advice to keep and refer to.
